Soap Care, Ingredients & Info

UPDATE:

DUE TO PENDING PANDEMIC ALL OF OUR SOAPS ARE WRAPPED IN BIODEGRADABLE BIOLEFIN SHRINK WRAP.

PURE, KIND, HONEST INGREDIENTS!

We strive to be transparent when it comes to our ingredients and caring for our soaps.

Our soaps have ZERO SLS, SLES, or detergents added. Only goodness! With that being said; you will notice our soaps have a creamier, softer lather rather than huge white bubbles (like that of store bought soaps full of additives) that help aid in lather properties.

Foam or lather is created when foaming agents in soaps, detergents and shampoos mix with air and water. The most common foaming agents used in personal care are chemicals sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), sodium lauryl sulfate (sometimes referred to as sodium dodecyl sulfate or SLS) and coco-glucoside.

SLS and SLES can irritate eyes, skin, and lungs, especially with long-term use. SLES may also be contaminated with a substance called 1,4-dioxane, which is known to cause cancer in laboratory animals. For this reason we DO NOT USE SLS in our soaps and would never recommend them to anyone.

Enjoy your creamy lather in our soaps with peace of mind .... and remember

"Huge bubbles" in your bath soaps can be a sign of dangerous additives!.

WHY GOAT MILK SOAP?   Goat milk is consistently described in the health and beauty industry as a “Natural” skin care product — in the finest way. Goat milk has the same pH level as human skin. When you cleanse with a goat milk products, you do not disturb the acid mantle, or the skin's natural microbiome. Your skin microbiome (also called skin microbiota) is an ecosystem of bacteria on the skin's surface. It works to guard you against pathogens that could affect your skin and overall health. When your microbiome is balanced, your skin looks and feels healthy.

THE GOATS

OUR CURRENT SOURCES: We have multiple farms that we source milk from, and our priority being Local Florida farms. The Milk is free of added hormones and antibiotics, and come from a large, healthy, registered herd of Nubian, Saanen and LaMancha dairy goats that are routinely tested for parasites and other diseases. Their primary diet is pasture grasses and browse (on a 28 acre ranch - no chemicals!) supplemented daily with a custom mix grain and perennial peanut hay. Milking is done in a climate controlled milking parlor.

Visit Circle Bar C Goat Dairy on Facebook to check out the Farm, Practices and wonderful Goat Milk Kefir, Chèvre, Yogurt and Mushrooms too!
