WHAT IS IT? The Refillery is designed to cut out over use of plastic and waste. 

HOW IT WORKS: Refills are sold by the ounce.  We weigh your container (tare) prior to filling. Rather than purchasing a new container each time you need more lotion, you simply bring your empty, clean container to one of our POP UP market events ( see event section )and refill extended-use containers with your favorite scented or unscented lotion. We fill your container for you (as much or as little as you'd like) then we will weigh the container again so you are only charged for what you top off.  Refills are sold by the ounce.

WHERE DO WE REFILL?

1- ONLINE: ( Delivery Restrictions apply) Sold by 8 oz Pouch refills.

2- IN PERSON  (MARKET ON MAIN): ( See Events Section on our Website) Sold by  8 oz pouches. Supplies are limited at pop up events, to ensure you get your refill place your order online and choose Pick up at "Market On Main" in Stuart Florida.

Sometimes during busy events, I might encounter a lot of conversations, which could make it challenging for me to remember every detail. Please know that it's never our intention to overlook any important points or disregard your input, or order. Your thoughts are always important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a positive experience for everyone.

3- LOCAL  HAND DELIVERY: within 5 miles of Fort Pierce, Florida 34982 ( Pouch or Refill your own bottle (up to 16 oz) We will bring the refill to you. Sold by weight or pouch. EMAIL US TO REQUEST A LOCAL HAND DELIVERY  

Local Deliveries are by appointment.  If you miss your appointment delivery we do not leave the item(s) at your door... Nor will we redeliver or ship. We must physically hand the products to you. We understand things happen and are lenient in certain circumstances however, we have zero tolerance after your 1st missed appointment. Hand Local Delivery is a free concierge service. 

For best results; If you plan to have a different scented lotion. Please wash and dry the container well before changing scent options.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR RESALE. We have a cap limit to 20 oz per person per refill. We do this to spread evenly throughout the community and hinder any resale distribution of our hand made products. If you are interested in wholesale, please contact us by email with your inquiry. 

YOUR WHEAT STRAW  BOTTLE: If you purchased one of our Wheat Straw bottles. You may reuse it over, and over, and over. The good news is, it'll last a long time if you take care of it. Because it's made for 50% wheat straw it will eventually break down. (don't fret it's a 10 year span when using it as normal). 

The wheat straw bottles are not dishwasher safe or microwavable. (Yes, we had to say that). We recommend cleaning your bottle out with a soft bottle brush. 

REFILL ECO POUCH DELIVERY: with your refill pouch purchase on our website, refill your 8 oz container at home. We send you a prepaid shipping label in your package with your refill supply. Ship back your empty pouch to us. We then recycle your empty pouch using Terracycle. You will reuse the bottle you first purchased with us, over and over and over. 

Delivery to 48 contiguous States only.

REFILLERY RETURN POLICY:  Refill pouches are returnable if tamper evident seal has NOT been broken, but please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
